your selection of paper is the first inkling your guests will get into your wedding design — from the save the dates, to the invitation suite, all the way through day-of pieces like welcome signs and menu cards — stationery provides endless ways to set the tone.

the process

our semi custom stationery design process has four phases:

  • this process begins with a quote request. the semi-custom design archive can be requested by clicking this link here.

  • once a design has been selected and all stationery design selections submitted, our team will follow up within 2-3 business days with a quote and contract. please note, a 30% deposit is due at the time of reservation.

  • once we have received the deposit & signed contract, we will concentrate on refining all wording and final details. traditional etiquette guidance can be provided at this stage. once wording is determined, we will begin the design process.

  • once the design process is complete, you will receive a proof of the finalized designs. you will have 48 hours to make any final edits to the designs. we offer two complimentary PDF proofs. further proof requests may incur additional fees. once the design has been finalized and the final payment has been received, we will begin the process of printing your suite.
